The Brewhouse Restaurant on Marshall St. is located within walking distance of the Maritime Aquarium, the Crown Theatres and Historic SoNo. The building was originally built in the 1920's and went under extensive renovations in 1992. The renovations included an addition of a full basement, second story and clocktower. The Brewhouse Restaurant was opened in 1995. |

A wall of glass shines on the already gleaming copper kettles which are one of the many attractions at the Brewhouse. Restored to their original operating condition, these kettles were originally in an old brewery in Alleen, Germany. Looking above, a row of windows around the perimeter of the upper level shine sunlight on the collection of flags hanging below the soaring ceiling of the Main Dining Room. |

A colorful array of beer trays and advertising lithographs surround you. Make sure you set aside some extra time to walk around both levels of the restaurant to view all the memorabilia. Open for lunch and dinner, the Brewhouse offers an American style menu, with a menu for the Kid's too. If you are visiting the Brewhouse in the latter part of the afternoon, stop in the Mahogany bar for the Happy Hour Specials and Menu. |
