COMBINE CRAB-CAKE BASE, EGGS. MIX THOROUGHLY.
GENTLY FOLD IN CRABMEAT USING A RUBBER SPATULA. DO NOT OVER
MIX.
PORTION OUT CRAB CAKES 4 OZ PATTIES PLACE IN A PAN WITH
PAPER BETWEEN.
WHEN READY TO COOK, COAT THE OUTSIDE WITH CRUSHED SALTINES. |
